Coding for Veterans (C4V) supports Canadian military veterans by delivering comprehensive training programs in Generative AI development, cybersecurity, and software development. Built to bridge the gap between military service and high-demand technology roles, C4V provides a flexible, 100% online curriculum offered through the University of Ottawa’s Professional Development Institute. The program is structured to help learners build relevant, job-ready skills while adapting to their personal schedules and transition needs. With a mission centered on empowering veterans, C4V combines academic instruction, career preparation, and ongoing support to help participants thrive in today’s digital workforce. Currently Serving Members: Welcomes individuals still in uniform who want to prepare early for post-service opportunities by developing modern digital skills.
Military Family Members: Eligible spouses and dependents may apply if they wish to pursue training in cybersecurity or software development and access new career pathways.
